"Mr. Grutkowski's approach to providing good client service
was one that most Realtors give a lot of lip service to,
but seldom in reality. Having known many real estate agents,
I have absolutely no reservations about giving Mr. Grutkowski
the highest recommendation. He is a true professional and
should do a good job for you."

A Brief History of Oakmont
Nestled in the Valley of the Moon, Oakmont
is Sonoma County's premier active adult community located in
the outskirts of Santa Rosa. The peaceful setting of vineyards
and golf courses affords leisure activities with freedom from
home maintenance for residents over 55.
Oakmont consists of more than 2,200 single-family homes on nearly
2,000 oak-studded acres. Additionally, there are 500 duplex or
triplex units and 164 apartments with dining facilities and assisted
living services available to those in need.
Oakmont lies between two California State Parks and features 2
golf courses. Within a short distance are lakes and rivers, providing
water recreation. There are also various clubs and group activities.
Primary residents must be at least 55 years old and live-in guests
are limited to 90 days total per year. Oakmont is an ideal place
to retire, where retirees can be as laid back or as active as they
wish.
Oakmont is located about 10 miles east of Santa Rosa on Highway
12. Santa Rosa is 54 miles north of San Francisco on Highway 101.
Location of other cities and communities can be found on the Map
