" You got us a very fair price and put together a clear , straight
forward deal. And you were, seemingly, available and alert
at any hour of the day or night to discuss the details and
explain the progress of the sale. Jane and I would not hesitate
to whole-heartedly recommend you as an agent to anyone buying
or selling real property-anywhere."

A Brief History of Cotati
Located just south of Rohnert Park, Cotati was named after
an Indian chief named Kotate and was part of Mariano Vallejo's
original land grant. The city's layout is in the form of a
hexagon and there is one other city in the United States with
a similar layout. This layout was created in 1895 and considered
so unique it was granted State Historical Landmark status.
Cotati's downtown area boasts a mix of restaurants
and shops located in historic buildings. La Plaza Park, where
all the major events are held, is centrally located. Cotati has
many recreational offerings such as the annual Jazz Festival,
the Accordion Festival and an Indian Summer Festival. Cotati
may be overshadowed by Rohnert Park.
Cotati is located approximately 40 miles north of San Francisco
and divided by Highway 101 and predominantly on the east side
of the freeway. Location of other cities and communities can
be found on the Map of Sonoma
County.
